Cancellation and Return Policy
- If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the tour time, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- If you do not show up (no-show) at the time of the activity, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- If the trip is canceled due to weather or sea conditions, or for operational reasons, a new date will be offered or a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
- If the customer decides to interrupt or abandon the activity after it has begun, no refund will be issued.
