Please arrive 15 minutes before the activity starts so we can check you in without rushing. This way, we can ensure that everything is ready and that the experience begins on time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- In the event of a no-show at the time of the activity, no refund will be issued.
- If the trip is canceled due to weather or sea conditions, or for operational reasons, a new date will be proposed or a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
- If the customer decides to interrupt or abandon the activity after it has begun, no refund will be issued.
